  • Open Blocked senders and domains option and select the Add
  • Next, you will need to type the email address or domain you wish to block and press Enter key on your keyboard.
  • After that, click on the Save

 

  1. Create a Rule to Remove Unwanted Email
  • Go to com Rules section and select + Add new rule option.
  • As every rule required at least three things – a name, a condition, and an action, you will need to provide this much information. If you want you can also add multiple conditions, actions, and exceptions at each step by selecting Add a condition, Add an action, and Add an exception
  • After that, press the Save
